Web3, Digital Asset and Play-to-Earn Terms

Risk disclosures and safeguards for Base, wallets, Platform Tokens, NFTs, and rewards

These specialized terms govern every on-chain feature and every reward with possible external value. They supplement the Platform Terms.

1. Scope and Key Terms

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

"Digital Asset" means any token, NFT, collectible, wallet-linked entitlement, or blockchain record used with the Platform. "Platform Token" means any fungible Platform-linked token officially identified by Company, if and when lawfully deployed, plus any clearly disclosed successor. "Play-to-Earn" or "P2E" means gameplay that may make a reward available; it does not mean guaranteed income or profit.

"Base" means the third-party public blockchain network and related infrastructure. Company does not own or control Base, independent wallets, validators, sequencers, bridges, explorers, marketplaces, or exchanges.

2. Your Wallet and Self-Custody

Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, you use a self-custody wallet. You alone control private keys and authorize transactions. Company does not possess your private key, cannot restore a seed phrase, cannot stop a valid public-chain transfer, and cannot retrieve an asset sent to the wrong address or incompatible contract.

Verify the network, wallet address, contract address, token approval, quantity, fees, and transaction effect before signing. A signature may authenticate you or authorize an asset action; the interface must identify which. Never sign an unreadable or unexpected request.

3. Blockchain Finality and Fees

Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible after submission or confirmation. They may be delayed, reordered, dropped, replaced, or affected by congestion, sequencer issues, forks, reorganization, validator behavior, software defects, or protocol changes.

You are responsible for network fees and third-party charges displayed or inherent in the transaction. Estimated fees may change before execution. Company does not guarantee transaction timing or finality.

4. Utility, Ownership, and No Investment Promise

Digital Assets are intended for gameplay, collection, access, expression, or other disclosed utility. Owning a token does not by itself transfer copyright, equity, debt, dividends, revenue share, governance over Company, or a claim against Company. NFT artwork rights are defined only by the NFT License.

Digital Assets are not offered as bank deposits, savings products, legal tender, or guaranteed investments. Company does not promise appreciation, a secondary market, liquidity, buybacks, price support, yield, passive return, or profits from Company's managerial efforts. Descriptions focus on consumptive Platform use.

Regulatory classification depends on facts and law, not labels. Company may restrict, redesign, delay, or discontinue a feature where needed for compliance.

5. P2E Rewards

A P2E reward is a gameplay incentive, not wages, employment, guaranteed compensation, or a promise that play will be profitable. Rewards may depend on skill, eligibility, anti-cheat review, supply, season rules, economy controls, taxes, minimum thresholds, and technical availability.

Reward rates, sinks, utility, claim windows, eligibility, and distribution methods may change prospectively to protect balance, prevent exploitation, comply with law, or preserve the Platform. Earned and finally delivered on-chain assets will not be removed from a self-custody wallet by Company, but their Platform utility or eligibility may change lawfully.

No reward has a guaranteed fiat value or guaranteed cash-out path. Any conversion or sale occurs through a legally available feature or independent third party at your risk.

6. Digital Asset Risks

Never spend funds you cannot afford to lose. Pink Slip Arcade does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

By using Web3 features, you understand material risks including:

  • Total or substantial loss of market value, illiquidity, volatility, slippage, or inability to sell.
  • Wallet compromise, phishing, malicious approvals, malware, SIM swapping, social engineering, or lost credentials.
  • Smart-contract, bridge, oracle, indexer, marketplace, sequencer, validator, protocol, or interface defects and exploits.
  • Incorrect addresses, networks, token standards, signatures, metadata, or tax treatment.
  • Forks, airdrops, protocol changes, chain congestion, downtime, transaction reorganization, or unsupported assets.
  • Regulatory, enforcement, banking, payment, sanctions, tax, securities, commodities, money-transmission, gaming, or consumer-law changes.
  • Counterfeit collections, impersonation, wash trading, manipulated prices, false listings, or third-party insolvency.
  • Loss of gameplay utility, interoperability, hosting, metadata availability, or community interest.

7. Marketplace and Transfers

A Company interface may display or route a listing, mint, transfer, purchase, or sale. Unless expressly stated, Company is not the custodian, broker, exchange, counterparty, fiduciary, or guarantor. A smart contract or third party may execute settlement.

You must verify authenticity, collection address, token ID, attributes, license, price, fees, royalties, taxes, and counterparty risk. Listings may be inaccurate, stale, fraudulent, or affected by third-party rules. Company may delist or block Platform display without altering the public ledger.

8. No Unauthorized Custody, Exchange, or Transmission

Company will not accept and transmit Digital Assets for users, hold user assets in pooled custody, redeem a Platform Token for fiat, operate an exchange, or provide another regulated financial service unless the feature is separately reviewed, lawfully structured, clearly disclosed, and supported by required registrations, licenses, or regulated providers.

Internal game accounting, off-chain points, and smart-contract interactions will not be marketed as a way to evade financial regulation. Company may pause or limit a feature while its classification is reviewed.

9. Compliance, Verification, and Restricted Persons

Company may screen wallet addresses and request identity, age, location, source-of-funds, tax, sanctions, or beneficial-ownership information where reasonably necessary. We may reject, hold, report, or block activity when required by law or when credible fraud, sanctions, laundering, exploitation, or security risk exists.

You may not use mixers or obfuscation to evade compliance, transact for a restricted person, manipulate prices or rewards, wash trade, self-deal deceptively, structure transactions to avoid controls, use stolen assets, or misrepresent beneficial ownership.

10. Smart Contracts, Administrative Controls, and Changes

Official contract addresses will be published through verified Company channels. Do not rely on direct messages, advertisements, search results, or unofficial links. Smart-contract code may include disclosed controls such as pausing, allowlists, deny lists, upgradeability, royalties, metadata controls, claim limits, or treasury permissions.

Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk. Company will disclose material administrative controls and known contract migrations. A fork, exploit, legal order, or critical defect may require pausing the interface, supporting a migration, or selecting a canonical version for Platform utility.

11. Taxes and Records

Digital Asset purchases, rewards, prizes, transfers, exchanges, dispositions, and airdrops may be taxable. You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes. Company may collect tax forms, withhold amounts, report information, or deny a reward until required documentation is complete. Keep independent records of wallet activity, value, basis, fees, and dates.

12. Consumer Disclosures and Immediate Delivery

Before a paid mint, claim, or transfer, the interface will display material price, fee, asset, network, delivery, utility, transfer, and refund information. Where law provides a cooling-off right for digital content or service, we will request any legally required express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right may be lost after performance begins. Non-waivable remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain.

13. Suspension and Termination

Company may restrict a wallet or Digital Asset from Platform functions for sanctions, fraud, cheating, legal process, security, or material breach. A public token may remain in self-custody, but access, rewards, display, matchmaking, or utility may be denied. We are not required to facilitate a transfer that would violate law or technical security.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform Terms' disclaimers and liability limits apply. Without limiting them, Company is not liable for market loss, impermanent or permanent loss caused by wallet compromise, wrong-address transfers, third-party protocols, chain behavior, smart-contract exploits outside Company's reasonable control, or legal changes, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
