NFT License and Digital Collectibles Terms

What collectors own, what artwork rights they receive, and what remains with the creator

These terms apply to official Pink Slip Arcade NFTs and other blockchain collectibles unless a collection page expressly provides a different signed license.

1. Scope and Relationship

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

This NFT License supplements the Platform Terms and Web3 Terms. The official collection page identifies the contract address, chain, supply or mint rules, artwork or metadata, and any collection-specific utility. An unauthorized copy, counterfeit token, or token minted from an unofficial contract receives no rights.

2. Token Ownership Is Not Copyright Ownership

When you lawfully acquire an official NFT, you own the blockchain token associated with the token ID, subject to the network and smart contract. You do not acquire copyright, trademark, patent, personality, publicity, or other intellectual-property ownership in artwork, vehicle design, animation, audio, brand, metadata, game code, or other content linked to the token.

Company and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights except the limited license below. Ownership language refers to the token and permitted Platform use, not ownership of Company or its intellectual property.

3. Holder License

While you lawfully own an official NFT, Company grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable license to display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes; use it as a personal profile image or avatar; show it in a personal gallery or marketplace listing; and use the NFT in supported Platform Game Modes according to current rules.

The license does not permit merchandise, paid advertising, commercial branding, media productions, derivative collections, tokenization, fractionalization, or other commercial exploitation without a separate written license. A collection page may grant broader commercial rights, but only if it clearly says so.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the NFT or associated content to:

Promote hate, harassment, unlawful discrimination, explicit sexual content, violence against a protected person, fraud, malware, illegal goods, or unlawful activity.
Remove notices, misrepresent authorship, imply Company sponsorship, or combine Company marks with another brand in a misleading way.
Create confusingly similar collections, counterfeit tokens, unauthorized derivatives, or registrations claiming Company intellectual property.
Use an unlawfully obtained, stolen, sanctioned, or fraudulently transferred token.
Interfere with game balance, evade enforcement, or violate the Platform Terms.

5. Transfer of the NFT

You may transfer or sell an official NFT where lawful and technically supported. Your holder license ends automatically when you no longer own the token and passes to the lawful new owner subject to these terms. You must not transfer to evade sanctions, enforcement, taxes, or another legal obligation.

Company does not guarantee a marketplace, buyer, floor price, royalty payment, or enforceability of creator royalties. Marketplace and network fees may apply.

6. Platform Utility and Cross-Game Use

An NFT may be usable across multiple Pink Slip Arcade Game Modes. That connected use does not guarantee identical stats, performance, visual treatment, balance, or perpetual compatibility in every mode. Each mode may interpret the asset through its own fair, disclosed gameplay rules.

Company may rebalance, patch, restrict, migrate, suspend, or retire utility when reasonably necessary for security, fairness, technical integrity, law, or the Platform economy. The token may continue to exist even if a particular utility ends.

7. Metadata, Media, and Storage

Metadata or media may be stored on decentralized storage, Company-controlled systems, third-party systems, or a combination. Availability can be affected by gateways, hosting, domains, pinning, formats, and third-party failure. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve official collection metadata but does not promise permanent uninterrupted availability unless the collection page expressly guarantees immutable on-chain storage.

8. Authenticity and Infringing Content

Official contract addresses published through verified Company channels control authenticity. Similar names, artwork, or marketplace badges are not sufficient. If Company learns that licensed content infringes a third party's rights, it may replace or disable Company-controlled media or utility as reasonably necessary, without altering an immutable token where alteration is impossible.

9. Enforcement and Termination of License

The holder license terminates upon transfer, material breach, unlawful acquisition, or use prohibited by Section 4. Where cure is appropriate, Company may give notice and an opportunity to cure. A terminated license may be restored in writing after cure, but the token's mere presence in a wallet does not restore rights.

10. No Investment or Value Warranty

NFTs are collectibles and gameplay assets, not promises of profit. Company does not guarantee scarcity beyond the disclosed contract, market value, liquidity, interoperability outside the Platform, future rewards, or appreciation. The Web3 Terms' risk disclosures apply.
