NyFTee Original LLC respects intellectual-property rights and expects Platform users to do the same.

1. Scope

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

This Policy covers User Content, marketplace listings, profiles, uploads, links, and other material hosted or displayed through Company-controlled services. It does not control content hosted solely on a public blockchain or independent service that Company cannot remove.

2. Copyright Notice Requirements

A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material infringes may send a notice containing all information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to find it, including URLs, account, listing, token, or content identifiers.
The claimant's name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act.

3. Designated Agent

Publication of this contact does not complete the separate U.S. Copyright Office registration requirement. Company must register and keep its designated-agent entry current to seek applicable safe-harbor protections.

4. Response to a Notice

We may remove or disable access to identified material, notify the affected user, preserve records, and forward the notice as legally appropriate. We may request missing information. A facially invalid, abusive, or fraudulent notice may be rejected. Removal from Company systems may not erase an immutable blockchain record or third-party copy.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice containing all information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). We may restore material after the statutory period unless the claimant gives notice of a filed court action. Restoration remains subject to the Platform Terms and other lawful grounds for removal.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its former location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court; and acceptance of service from the original claimant or agent.

6. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Company terminates accounts of repeat infringers and may restrict associated wallets or devices from Platform functions. We consider the number, timing, validity, severity, and resolution of notices and counter-notices rather than applying an automatic accusation-only rule.

7. Misrepresentations

Knowingly and materially misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal may create liability under law. Do not submit a notice to silence criticism, resolve an ownership dispute unrelated to copyright, or target fair use without a good-faith evaluation.

8. Trademark, Impersonation, and Other Rights

Trademark owners may report confusing use, counterfeit assets, false affiliation, or impersonation to admin@psrgame.com. Include the registration or basis of rights, jurisdiction, challenged material, and explanation of confusion. Patent, publicity, privacy, and contract claims should be clearly identified and supported.

9. Company Marks and Fan Use

Pink Slip Arcade, associated logos, Game Mode names, trade dress, and related marks belong to Company or licensors. Limited descriptive references, commentary, reviews, and approved fan content must not imply sponsorship, use confusing branding, or sell unauthorized merchandise. NFT holder rights are governed by the NFT License.
