Software terms for the website, clients, launchers, and Game Modes

Effective: August 10, 2026
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Version: 1.0
Operator: NyFTee Original LLC
Address: 11 E. Orange Grove Rd., Tucson, Arizona 85704, United States

This EULA supplements the Platform Terms of Service and governs software made available by NyFTee Original LLC.

1. Scope and Relationship to the Platform Terms

Pink Slip Arcade is one connected interactive platform. Its website, account system, economy, marketplace, applications, digital assets, events, and all current or future games are collectively the Platform. Street Heat, Passive Lanes, Street Story, and every other playable experience are Game Modes of that Platform, not separate services.

This EULA applies to browser-delivered code, downloadable applications, launchers, builds, patches, APIs exposed to players, audiovisual assets, documentation, and related software (the "Software"). The Platform Terms control generally; this EULA controls only if a conflict concerns the Software license.

2. License Grant

Subject to the legal documents and your continued eligibility, Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to install, execute, and use the Software on devices you own or control solely for lawful personal gameplay and approved creator activity.

The Software is licensed, not sold. No title to Software or Platform intellectual property transfers to you.

3. License Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly prevents restriction, you may not:

  • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the Software except through an authorized Company feature.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code, circumvent technical protection, or modify the Software.
  • Create or use unauthorized servers, clients, emulators, bots, scripts, macros, overlays, plug-ins, trainers, cheats, packet tools, or automation.
  • Scrape protected data, intercept traffic, manipulate timing or inputs, exploit bugs, duplicate items, spoof identity or location, or evade a ban.
  • Use the Software for unlawful financial activity, wagering, infringement, harassment, malware, unauthorized computing, or security testing without written permission.

4. Updates, Patches, and Technical Requirements

The Software may update automatically. Updates may alter features, balance, compatibility, security, minimum requirements, and data formats. You authorize installation of security and integrity updates reasonably necessary to continue using the Platform.

We may discontinue support for obsolete versions after reasonable notice where practicable. You are responsible for compatible hardware, software, connectivity, data charges, wallet software, and device security.

5. Anti-Cheat and Integrity Technology

To protect fair play, the Software may collect and evaluate gameplay events, client configuration, process or file indicators relevant to cheating, device identifiers, network signals, and public wallet activity as described in the Privacy Policy. Monitoring must be proportionate and limited to legitimate security, fraud, and fair-play purposes.

You must not disable or interfere with integrity controls. Significant automated enforcement decisions may be appealed through the Community Standards process.

6. Ownership and Reserved Rights

Company and its licensors own the Software and all associated copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, trademarks, designs, databases, and other rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. A digital asset license does not grant rights in the Software or Company marks.

7. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

Specific components may be governed by separate open-source or third-party licenses. Those licenses control for their components. Third-party platforms, wallets, Base, payment services, storefronts, and device systems may impose separate terms and are not licensed under this EULA.

8. User Content, Replays, and Creator Tools

User Content remains governed by the Platform Terms. You may capture and share gameplay using approved tools for personal or creator purposes, provided you do not falsely imply endorsement, reveal confidential builds, misuse music or third-party rights, monetize prohibited content, or interfere with gameplay.

9. Virtual Items and Digital Assets

The Software may display or enable use of off-chain items and on-chain assets. Software access, gameplay utility, and intellectual-property licenses are distinct from ownership of a blockchain token. The Web3 Terms and NFT License control those rights. Deleting Software does not reverse blockchain transactions.

10. Suspension and Termination

This EULA begins on acceptance and ends when terminated. It terminates automatically upon a material breach that is not cured where cure is appropriate. Company may suspend the license while investigating credible security, fraud, or cheating concerns. On termination, stop using and delete copies under your control, except components lawfully retained under separate licenses.

11. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not export, re-export, access, or use the Software in violation of U.S. or other applicable sanctions and export controls. You represent that you are not a prohibited party and are not using the Software from a blocked location. Company may use screening and geographic controls.

12. U.S. Government End Users

The Software is commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation. U.S. Government end users receive only the rights granted to other end users under this EULA, consistent with applicable procurement law.

13. Warranty, Liability, and Disputes

The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, informal-resolution process, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, governing law, and mandatory consumer-law savings clauses in the Platform Terms are incorporated here.
